CertEdge / Terms

Website & Demo Terms

The scope and conditions of using the CertEdge public website and interactive preview.

Version 1.0 · Effective 9 September 2026

Operator and scope

CertEdge is operated by SecureEdge Advisory, PO Box 410193, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms describe use of cert.segrc.com and its free public demo. Questions can be sent to legal@secureedgeadvisory.com.

Use the site only if you agree to these conditions. A professional engagement, paid subscription or private pilot requires a separate written agreement. The wider SecureEdge Advisory Terms of Service describe corporate services and engagements; this demo does not create a customer portal account or an engagement.

An interactive preview

The website presents a product in development. Records, companies, evidence and AI reports shown in the demo are fictional or authored examples. Production authentication, persistent evidence storage and live AI grading are not supplied through this preview.

Features may change and access may be interrupted or withdrawn. No uptime, support-response or production release commitment is made for the free demo. Demo changes reset when the page reloads; do not rely on it to preserve work.

Permitted use

You may explore the demo and use the website to understand the proposed workflow and discuss an engagement. Use sample information only. Do not enter confidential material, real audit evidence, credentials, unlawful content or personal information about another person.

Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious content or misrepresent a sample report as a real assessment. Potential vulnerabilities should be reported under the responsible disclosure policy.

AEGIS and certification

Sample scores illustrate a review method. They are not a review of your organisation, legal advice, certification, attestation or an auditor’s opinion. Mandatory proof can remain missing even when supporting quality is high.

Company review, independent auditor conclusions and any formal certification decision are separate. Neither the demo nor a score guarantees acceptance by an auditor, regulator, customer or certification body. Any future AI-assisted review requires appropriate human assessment.

Content and third-party references

SecureEdge Advisory retains rights in its original website, software, design and authored materials. Frameworks, standards, vendor names and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. No licence to reproduce a protected standard is granted through this site.

Product names and trademarks are used for identification and comparison; they do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Comparison sources and limitations are explained in our comparison methodology. External sites have their own terms.

Reliance and responsibility

The free preview is offered for exploration and may contain incomplete functionality or errors. Confirm information and obtain appropriate professional advice before making an operational, regulatory or purchasing decision.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Fees, deliverables, service commitments and any agreed allocation of liability for a private engagement must be set out in that engagement’s written agreement.

Privacy, law and updates

Our Privacy Notice explains website and correspondence data handling. We do not treat browsing this notice as consent to marketing or tracking.

Consistent with the corporate terms, these terms are governed by UAE law as applied in Dubai, with disputes subject to the courts of Dubai to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. Rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

Changes will be published with an updated version and effective date. Contact legal@secureedgeadvisory.com for clarification before relying on the site for another purpose.
