Privacy Notice

How personal information is handled when you visit cert.segrc.com, explore the demo or contact the team.

Version 1.0 · Effective 9 September 2026

Who is responsible

SecureEdge Advisory is the operator of CertEdge and the controller of the personal information described here. Our business address is PO Box 410193, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact privacy@secureedgeadvisory.com with privacy questions or requests.

This notice describes the CertEdge public website and demo. Read it alongside the SecureEdge Advisory Privacy Policy. Customer engagements and the separate corporate portal have their own terms and processing arrangements.

Information handled by this site

Website delivery
Vercel hosts this site and processes technical request information, which can include IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and operate its services.
Demo activity
Fictional records and changes you make in the demo are held in browser memory and reset when you reload. This demo has no customer account, evidence-upload service or live AI provider connection. Use sample information only.
Correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to include. We use these to respond, discuss a requested pilot and, where agreed, support a professional relationship.

Copying an email address on the contact page writes that address to your clipboard only when you press the copy button. It does not send a message or create an enquiry record.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to deliver and protect the website, respond to requests, discuss or perform agreed engagements and meet applicable legal obligations. Consent is obtained where required and can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Where the GDPR applies, website operation and business enquiries may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights; steps you request toward a contract or performance of a contract may provide the basis where appropriate. A legal obligation provides the basis for records that the law requires us to keep. UAE processing is subject to the applicable UAE data-protection requirements described in our corporate policy.

This demo does not make automated decisions about you. Sample AEGIS scores describe fictional evidence and have no effect on a real certification or audit.

Providers and international processing

Vercel provides this website’s hosting and delivery. Business correspondence goes to the published SecureEdge Advisory mailboxes, for which the corporate provider register lists Zoho in the United States. The corporate register also describes services for other systems; this CertEdge demo does not connect to its Supabase database or Resend email service.

Hosting and correspondence can involve processing outside your country, including outside the UAE and EEA. This public site does not promise UAE-only or EU-only hosting. Applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards must be assessed for the service concerned; a future real-data pilot will have specific processing arrangements agreed before evidence is accepted.

See Vercel’s privacy information and the corporate provider and transfer disclosures. We do not sell enquiry information or use this site to disclose it for advertising.

How long information is kept

Demo workflow changes are not saved to an account and reset on reload. Email correspondence follows the corporate policy’s retention approach: information is kept for its purpose and any applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. Relevant criteria include whether an enquiry or engagement is ongoing, whether a response or dispute remains open, and whether a record must be retained by law.

The corporate policy’s automatic contact-form deletion periods describe that system; this site has no contact form or automated mailbox-deletion process. Hosting records follow the provider’s applicable service and retention arrangements. Contact the privacy mailbox to ask about records relating to you or request deletion where permitted.

Cookies and tracking

This public site does not install analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Its fonts and scripts are served from this site. The public demo does not use a login cookie or persist its workflow records in local storage.

Ordinary browser caching and hosting request records can still occur. Links to external sites and actions in your email service are subject to those services’ policies. If we introduce non-essential tracking, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before activating it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@secureedgeadvisory.com. We may request proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe.

You may raise a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, including the UAE Data Office or, where applicable, an EU data-protection authority. US rights depend on the state law that applies to the organisation and processing; the website does not claim blanket compliance with every state regime.

Business audience and changes

CertEdge is intended for organisational use and is not directed at children. Do not enter sensitive personal information or real customer evidence in the public demo.

Material changes will be reflected in a revised notice and effective date. This preview does not create an account or record a click-through policy acceptance. A real-data pilot will require its own agreed terms and notices.
