01 / The connected journey
Keep the next step
in plain sight.
An audit moves between people, not just statuses. CertEdge keeps the evidence, the question and the decision connected through each handoff.
-
01
Company
Scope & prepare
Choose the engagement, assess readiness and give every evidence request an owner.
-
02
Reviewer
Review & publish
Find missing proof, request a correction and share the accepted version deliberately.
-
03
Auditor
Examine & resolve
Review original sources, ask questions and track findings through independent verification.
-
04
Together
Close & continue
Retain the report and decisions. Start a fresh review period with the history intact.
02 / Evidence intelligence
A score should
explain the gap.
Strong-looking evidence can still be missing an essential record. Our review approach puts mandatory proof, source references and clear corrections first.
Company acceptance and auditor conclusions remain separate decisions.

4 of 5mandatory checks met
- Review criteria documented
- Account population reconciled
- Reviewer decisions recorded
- Execution proof missing
- Owner closure documented
Provide the execution log showing that the approved access removals were completed.
Illustrative outcomes, not a live AI assessment or certification decision.
03 / Two sides, one engagement
A shared place.
Independent decisions.
For the team preparing the evidence
Less chasing.
More clarity.
- Know who owns each request and what is still missing.
- Keep internal drafts separate from published evidence.
- Carry versioned proof into the next engagement for a fresh review.
04 / Evidence with a longer life
Reuse the proof.
Keep the context.
See where a versioned evidence packet can contribute across mapped requirements. Understand the strength of the proof and what each new assessment still needs.
Explore sample framework coverageMappings suggest where evidence contributes. Each destination needs its own review and auditor decision.
Before you explore
A few useful answers.
Is this the finished production app?
This is an interactive preview of the planned product. It uses fictional companies, evidence and sample AI reports. Accounts, persistent storage and live AI grading are part of the production build.
Can I upload my company’s evidence?
Please use sample information only. This public demo is for exploring the workflow. Contact us to discuss a private pilot and your evidence-handling requirements.
Does a high AEGIS score mean certification?
No. A score describes the assessed evidence against a stated review profile. Missing mandatory proof can still require action. Company review, independent auditor conclusions and formal certification decisions remain separate.
Can our own auditor use the workspace?
The planned workflow supports named, engagement-specific auditor invitations. The demo lets you explore that experience with a fictional auditor and company, without a real login.
What happens after an audit closes?
The previous evidence, report and decisions remain part of the engagement history. Recurring control reviews create fresh work for the next period rather than carrying old approvals forward.
