A documented feature comparison

The comparison table describes capabilities found in vendors’ public product pages, support documentation and pricing pages. It is not a hands-on benchmark, an exhaustive product evaluation or a ranking.

Reviewed 9 September 2026. Features, editions, geography, contracts and enabled modules can affect availability. “Documented” means a cited source describes the capability; it does not mean it is included in every plan. “Not verified” means the reviewed sources did not establish the particular capability, not that a vendor lacks it.

Compare the intended use

Vanta, Drata and Secureframe are presented in the context of company-led compliance and audit preparation. Fieldguide is an audit/advisory-firm platform and appears as a related option for the auditor audience; its wider scope and commercial model differ.

CertEdge is a fictional-data demo with partial framework examples. Its entries describe what can be explored today, not a generally available production service. Our mandatory-proof display and cross-framework strength explanations are shown separately as design priorities, not claims that competitors lack similar functionality.

AI capabilities need context

AI can support different work: a company’s evidence preparation, an auditor’s testing, vendor-risk assessment or questionnaire responses. These uses should not be treated as interchangeable.

For example, Drata’s cited TPRM criteria guidance concerns third-party risk. That is distinct from grading a company’s own audit evidence. CertEdge’s AEGIS reports are sample outputs, and we make no comparative claim about grading accuracy or performance.

Check implementation, additional frameworks and modules, usage, support, taxes, audit fees and certification-body fees with the relevant supplier. CertEdge pricing and its commercial model remain to be decided. No percentage saving or lowest-price claim is made.
